The Review
Oof. I wanted to love this one so badly. Twisted Fork has such a vibe. It started as a food truck, turned into a brick-and-mortar, and is serving up some really fun, creative eats for the community. But the ranch? Total letdown. It came out thick but with a sour smell that matched the sour taste. Not much flavor beyond that, and it just didn’t vibe with the effort they clearly put into the rest of the menu.

Pleasant, Michigan I really wanted to love this one and my hopes were high because I know they make a lot of their food there but the ranch fell flat to me. It didn't taste like much but the taste I did get was just sour (& not the tangy sour I expect). I do think this is a place you should still check out. Their menu is unique and the vibe is great. maybe their kitchen had an off day, but this gets a Nope from me.
