This food truck–turned–brick and mortar went absolutely viral thanks to their chicken Caesar wrap, so when I found myself in Dearborn, I knew it was a non-negotiable stop. We grabbed takeout for the road, and first things first: my husband ordered the wrap. Now, this man dislikes roughly 90% of what’s on that thing, so I was shocked he even tried it. But did he like it? Loved it. Called it one of the best wraps he’s ever had… lettuce and tomato included. Truly shocking behavior.
Back to the ranch. The smell was immediately promising, which was a relief after another Dearborn review that did me dirty. Flavor-wise, it was salty in the best way, with a solid tang that tasted fresh, not sour or preservative-heavy. The ranch leaned a little thinner, but it had been riding home in a bag with warm food, so I’m assuming science was happening.
I tried it with the chicken sliders (delicious), and the Nashville hot chicken grilled cheese was phenomenal. Across the board, this place delivered.
