What We Ordered

The Review

First things first: is it BART-isan or Bart-EE-shun? I need someone to settle this for me.

There wasn’t any confusion on everything else, though. No confusion, no hesitation, no second-guessing. Just good vibes and even better food.

The ranch showed up with no smell, which can honestly go either way. No smell sometimes means no personality. Not the case here. It was on the runnier side of the consistency spectrum, but it had this slight saltiness to it that took the whole thing up a notch. That’s usually the move for me. A little salt, a little something extra, and suddenly we’re having a conversation. I picture the meme of the guy sprinkling salt on the food… you know the one.

Anyway, the food. The buffalo egg rolls were outstanding. I don’t say that lightly. The whipped feta dip? I wasn’t ready for it, and I’m still thinking about it. The greek salad just rounded out the entire thing. Also, they had a chipotle ranch as well if you’re into that. I tried it, and it was absolutely good, but I’m a purest at heart (hahaha).

Everything landed. The ranch, the food, the whole visit. That’s not always easy to pull off and The Bartisan made it look like it was. So unassuming to come from a little strip mall restaurant off a main road in Plymouth.
