Baldo's Restaurant

Baldo’s is clearly a community staple. The line to get in, whether you’re grabbing a seat or picking up takeout, was wild. People love this place, and honestly, after tasting the food, I get it. We grabbed our order and headed to a friend’s house, excited to dig in.

The food? Deserved every person in that line. The ranch? Did not.

What came out of that ramekin smelled like preservatives and tasted exactly like what it was: bottled. That sour tang doesn’t lie, and it never does. In a kitchen that’s clearly putting in real work, the ranch felt like the one corner that got cut. And that’s a shame, because everything else earned the hype.
