Blazin’ Coop in Canton, MI is doing ranch right. I’m pretty sure they started as a Michigan food truck and now have two brick-and-mortar locations (Canton and Ann Arbor) and honestly, I love to see that kind of glow-up.
The ranch? It’s good. Like, real good. If I had to nitpick, it’s on the runny side, so maybe don’t go here on a 1st date unless you like to live on the edge. But flavor-wise? No complaints. It’s exactly what you want when you’re working through some spicy chicken that’s labeled mild but still smacks with heat. I was grateful. It didn’t last long, I went through it fast. Next time I’m ordering two, minimum.
Their Coop sauce is solid too. It’s got a BBQ base and gave me Raising Cane’s vibes, which is never a bad thing. The slider situation was a whole experience: messy, stacked with coleslaw and pickles, and every bite just made sense. I left full, happy, and already thinking about my next visit.
