The red flecks strike again. Someone swore they’re dehydrated red pepper flakes…but honestly? I remain unconvinced. When I asked the counter if they had good ranch, the employee proudly told me they make it in-house. My ears perked up immediately since I didn’t even know ranch was on the menu here! (but secretly hoping once I saw chicken fingers up there). 

Flavor-wise, it’s unique in a way that works. No real smell to it, but there’s this subtle back-of-the-throat spice, like a baby kick to the taste buds. The kind of kick where you’re not sure if it’s really there, or hell, maybe the red flecks are playing mind games with me. My friend who was with me did confirm there was a little tickle there for her as well. Consistency was on point, and the overall vibe left me happy.

For a counter-service spot, this was a pleasant surprise. BurgerFi might not scream “ranch destination,” but they’re holding their own.
