This ranch came out swinging with a good smell and solid consistency which had my hopes high since we were off to a strong start. Flavor-wise, it tastes homemade, but it doesn’t fully commit to a bold taste. It was kind of like playing musical chairs with my taste buds but I was happy when it hit the right one (that’s quite a visual). I even had a moment of “is that saltiness from the ranch… or just the pickle chip I dunked it with?” Either way, I wasn’t mad about it. Bonus points: I also tried their boom boom sauce, which brought a fun little kick. Overall, this ranch didn’t make me break into a happy dance, but it’s a strong contender and one I’d definitely recommend.
