This one caught me off guard, in the best way. It’s got that familiar packet-style flavor, but elevated. Like, it went to therapy, learned boundaries, and came back a better version of itself and you’re here thinking, what’s different?

There’s a really nice sour tang right up front, but not overpowering. It knows when to sit down. The consistency? Spot. On. Knows how to treat your food right.

It feels like a standard base, but there’s something slightly jazzed up about it. I can’t quite place it, but whatever they did? It works. Just enough personality to stand out without trying too hard. She’s classic, but not boring. Familiar, but with a little wink. 

And in the world of wings? It’s far superior to the Bdubs of the world. I said what I said.
