Poe’s was one of the brighter ranch moments on this trip, which honestly felt like finding a bonus level you didn’t know existed. This ranch smelled good right away, tasted pretty solid, and landed in that mid-range consistency that just… behaves. No surprises, no chaos.
Flavor-wise, she’s mild. Pleasant, but a little shy. I kept waiting for a pop of salt or something to give her a little personality, but she stayed soft-spoken the whole time. Not bad at all, just not stepping into her main-character era.
Savannah itself absolutely slayed. The ranch scene? A little quieter. But Poe’s held it down better than most.
