This one surprised me in a good way. It has that slightly sour smell upfront, but in a way that makes sense, not “uh oh,” more “okay, I see where this is going.”
Flavor-wise, it leans dill-heavy with the kind of sour tang ranch should have. Weirdly, it reminded me a bit of a sour cream and onion chip dip, just with a much stronger garlic presence. Not mad about it.
It’s not breaking any ranch boundaries, but it’s definitely holding its own.
