Uccello's - Standale/Walker

I went to Ucellos and came home a pizza puff fan. The ranch deserves some credit for that.

Mid consistency, smells great, salty with a little tang. I put it on my salad, my pizza, and the pizza puffs and it held up across all three. No complaints.

Runner-Up isn’t a knock. It’s what a good ranch should be. It did everything right and nothing wrong. It just didn’t make me question my life decisions or feel an urgent need to drive back to Allendale. That’s the bar for Top-Notch, and this one sat just below it, comfortably and respectably.
