Okay, this one’s right on the edge of greatness. The consistency is decent; it almost tips into too-thin territory but manages to keep it together. I’ve had way worse where they just drown the flavor trying to stretch it, but this isn’t that.
It’s not bursting with flavor, but it’s also not bland. It’s giving Hidden Valley packet mixed with whole milk energy. Comforting. Familiar. It worked well on my salad, but good luck getting it to cling to anything heavier—it tends to slide right off. Still, for what it is, it gets the job done.
I’m not gonna rave about it like it’s some hidden gem, but I’m not disappointed either. I respect what they’re bringing to the table.
