I’ve tried this ranch before, but listen, I don’t do reviews based on memory, for several reasons, and thankfully I don’t, because I got to have the full experience all over again, and wow. Just wow.
From the first whiff, I knew I was in for something special. It smells like a good time. Like, get that menu back and order some more food, kind of time. There’s this unexpected little sour cream vibe (I don’t know if it’s even in there) and a subtle hint of garlic that whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds.
Consistency? YES! Thick enough to cling, smooth enough to dip without a fight. No watery sadness. Not too thick that it just is a blob on your plate or food. Just ranch that shows up and knows what it’s doing. Flavor-wise, it’s got a slight saltiness in the best way and this blink-and-you'll-miss-it sweetness that has one eyebrow going up in question, did I taste that or did I make it up?
I was ready to be let down. The hype around this ranch is as extreme as Jet’s. But Buddy’s said, “Girl I got you” with a cheeky little wink.
