Not all ranch is created equal

Mootz - Detroit, Michigan

Ranch is a banger. Garlic knots are fluffy little angels. Ranch + marinara together? Peak behavior. Go. Eat. Dip everything.

RANCH REVIEWMICHIGAN BASEDTOP-NOTCH!

Listen, I’m still thinking of those little garlic knots that my friend called, “puffy bread,” - which actually sounds like a rebrand opportunity if you ask me. Garlic knots are already a thing… now puffy bread?? That’s memorable and also spot on! These little, delicious, airy, carby morsels were the things angels sing about.

Now back to the ranch. It’s super creamy (yes, I hate that word too, but it just fits) and salty in the perfect way. Flavor? On point. No weird aftertaste, no watery nonsense. Just solid, trustworthy ranch. No sour smell that lets the olfactory know it’s coming from an actual factory.

The boss move here is to take their marinara and mix it with a little ranch because that combo is what dreams are made of. I’ve been doing that with my mozzarella sticks for years and it just hits different. I’m a sucker for a good ranch mashup moment.

Side note: that salad was delicious and I highly recommend it. Next time I go, I’m eating this exact combo.
