Not all ranch is created equal

Park Place Gastro Pub - Plymouth, Michigan

Park Place Gastro Pub = thick, salty-but-balanced ranch that pulls its weight. Buffalo wrap lost in the sauce? Side ranch saved the day.

Park Place Gastro Pub serves up a ranch that is there for the people: smells good, good consistency (on the thicker end), and has that salty kick without going overboard. Flavor-wise, it’s solid. Not a life-changing moment, but definitely a ranch worth ordering.

I had it with a buffalo wrap that was supposed to have ranch, but totally got lost in the sauce (literally). Thankfully, a side cup of ranch was the real hero and pulled everything back together. Pro tip: always order extra here.

On a personal note, I’ve got a soft spot for downtown Plymouth; it’s where I grew up, with some of my happiest family memories. Seeing the area thriving now and pairing it with a wrap + ranch moment? Pretty great.
