Not all ranch is created equal

Wing Snob - Lansing, Michigan

Wing Snob’s ranches are solid players in the game. Regular = dependable. Spicy = buffalo-adjacent and vibey when paired right. Not a life-changing moment, but definitely a ranch worth consuming.

RANCH REVIEWRUNNER-UPCHAIN RESTAURANT

Alright, let’s talk ranch. I grabbed both the regular and the spicy because why wouldn’t I? We’re here to try all the ranches we can find!

The spicy ranch came in hot (literally and a little figuratively): thin in consistency, with a scent that said “buffalo sauce fell into the ranch." A happy accident, Bob Ross moment. It tastes good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s one of those ranches you gotta pair intentionally. It was not my favorite flavor on the honey BBQ or lemon pepper wings.

The regular ranch? Smooth. Reliable. She’s got a little more body than the spicy version, and while I wanted just a bit more flavor, the food itself was already pretty salty, so it didn’t need a sodium sidekick like some others I've tried, but just something...

I don’t have a single bad thing to say; this ranch showed up, delivered, and made itself at home on my plate. But did I feel that Top-Notch spark? That giddy little ranch-inspired happy dance moment? Not quite. Still, I’d confidently recommend both.
